I echo Dave's notes, your ride is always fantastic Cathy and Charlene, although I had some bad luck, or another learning...I enjoyed the company and the intermediate ride...yours is a ride I would never miss....Holly Tibble
Every year the Calgary Arabian Horse Association enters Arabian horses in the Stampede Parade. This year the parade is on July 4 and as always there is a need to have as many horses and riders entered in this event as possible. I invite anyone who has a full blood Arabian to ride in this amazing event. You can enter as long distance rider, native costume, western or english/dressage. For more information please contact Laurie Janz @ 403-652-7018 or rickjanz@xplornet.com.

As I was unable to attend the AGM this year, I would like to convey my sincerest gratitude and thanks in being named this year's recipient of the Jack Plumley Special Recognition Award. In addition to the plaque, both the keepsake box and necklace are gorgeous and I will cherish them for a long, long time. This is a great organization with great people and I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of it for the last 27 years.
Unfortunately, I'm unable to attend the AGM this year to distribute and display my photography. If any of you have any inquiries in regards to next years events or would like to see your photos from this year as well as 2007, please feel free to get in contact with me. With the Internet, anything is possible.

Well done, Alison, for putting on an excellent ride almost single-handedly. The trails were hard but stunningly beautiful, the veterinarians and volunteers were cheery and helpful, the weather co-operated and the setting was excellent.
